The Triton Stalactite Restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience in a unique, natural underground cave beneath the hotel. The stunning dining room is filled with natural stalactites, and is decorated with sculptures from ancient mythology and Art Nouveau features.

The restaurant has recently reopened after extensive renovation.With soothing, captivating live piano accompaniment, diners can choose from a wide range of international dishes and traditional Czech specialities.

The hotel's own wine cellar offers a selection of Moravian and imported foreign wines. In 2005 and 2006, the Triton Restaurant was featured amongst the 10 best restaurants in the Czech Republic in Square Meal magazine.
